Travel Facilities Tax: The Travel Facilities Tax applies exclusively to specific flights that are routed to or from Alaska or Hawaii. U.S. Domestic and International US $15
U.S. Federal Segment Fees: This fee applies to each individual flight leg (segment) that operates wholly or partially within the United States — regardless of origin or destination country. U.S. Domestic and International ZP $6
U.S. Excise Tax: A small percentage tax applies to all domestic flights within the United States, including segments within the 225-mile buffer zones surrounding Canada and Mexico. U.S. Domestic and International US 8.50%
Passenger Facility Charge (PFC): A variable fee charged per itinerary to fund improvements at U.S. airports, including terminals, runways, and safety infrastructure. U.S. Domestic and International XF up to $20
U.S. Customs User Fee: A fee charged on all international flights arriving in or departing from the United States, as these flights operate outside U.S. customs territory. International YC $10
U.S. Passenger Civil Aviation Security Fee: A flat fee of approximately $5.10 is charged per one-way flight segment for aviation security, applied to each passenger boarding the aircraft. U.S. Domestic and International AY $15
U.S. International Transportation Tax: This tax applies to all flights traveling to or from the United States, including routes involving the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. International US $15
U.S. Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service Fee: The U.S. Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service fee is charged for all flights arriving from abroad (excluding Canada) that land in the United States, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. It also applies to international arrivals at these locations. International XA $10
International Taxes and Government or Airport-Imposed Fees: It encompass the expenses for inspection fees, security charges, and various other taxes imposed in accordance with international regulations. International US $25
U.S. International Transportation Tax: Applies to all flights traveling to and from the United States, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Puerto Rico. International Varies up to $365*
Our Service Fees Online Air Transaction Service Fees: Based on the cabin class, trip nature, and various other criteria, a service fee of up to $150 per traveler may be applied to all passenger categories. U.S. Domestic and International Fees $0.00 to $145.00*


Rules Before Making Any Payment:

  • Estimated Amounts: Passenger categories include adult, child, senior, infant, student, and military personnel.
  • All transaction service charges are non-refundable and subject to change without prior notice.
  • All Government-imposed taxes and fees may change without prior notice.
  • For multi-city trips where you return to your starting point or home city from the last visited destination, a service fee of up to $145 per passenger may be applied, regardless of passenger type.
  • Trips involving multiple airlines or bookings in areas with a high risk of fraud may incur a service fee of up to $55 per passenger, regardless of passenger category.
  • Certain airlines might levy a service fee of up to $45 per passenger.
  • Reservations for nearby airports or alternative travel dates may also attract a service fee of up to $45 per passenger.
  • Fusion fares could carry a service fee of up to $125 per passenger.
  • Bookings made through our customer care center, including round-the-world or complex multi-stop itineraries, may incur higher service fees compared to online reservations. These fees can range from $10 to $210, with a maximum of $110 for senior travelers. Premium package benefits are included for bookings made via the contact center.

Additional Terms & Conditions:

Refunds or future credits issued by airlines are governed by each airline’s fare rules, policies, and procedures. Service charges for any modifications, refunds, cancellations, or future credits will be applied on a per passenger, per ticket basis.

All service fees incurred after ticket issuance are non-refundable and may be adjusted without prior notice. These charges are supplementary to any fees or charges imposed by airlines or other service providers.

Government-imposed taxes and fees can be subjected to change.

1.Refunds and Future Credits:

Most airline tickets are non-refundable. Refund eligibility depends on the fare rules set by the travel supplier, and refunds will only be processed if your request is accepted, you are not classified as a "no show" (most "no show" bookings are ineligible for refunds or waivers), and proper waivers from the airline or supplier are obtained to facilitate the cancellation and refund.

Please note that airline refunds or future credits are governed by the airline’s specific fare rules, policies, and procedures.

2.Special Services:

All special services are provided upon request and are subject to the airline's review, approval, and adherence to their fare rules, policies, and procedures. Service fees for these special services will be charged at the time the service is provided and will only be refunded if the airline denies the request for the service.
